uhomes.com is a global student accommodation platform that helps international students find and book housing near universities across different countries. Founded in 2015, the company provides verified student housing options in cities across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain features and benefits to potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
- Target-driven with a positive and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
