Job description
About the work.
Navyug Infosolutions is developing Computer Based Training and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals for defence and technical systems. We are producing a bilingual CBT package, in English and Hindi, that teaches operators and maintenance personnel how to use and maintain an electronic system. You will join the team that turns technical source material into clear, engaging, self-paced video lessons delivered through our own training software.
What you will do.
You will write narration scripts and build storyboards from a technical manual and an existing syllabus. You will capture and edit screen recordings, assemble lesson slides, and create simple 2D animations that explain procedures step by step. You will prepare both English and Hindi versions of each lesson, including subtitles, and help maintain a shared bilingual glossary so terms stay consistent. You will also author short quizzes and assessments for each lesson, keep all media assets and versions organised, and refine your work based on reviewer feedback.
What we are looking for.
Strong writing in English and comfortable reading and writing of Hindi in Devanagari. An eye for clear, well-organised visual content and a willingness to follow structured technical material closely. Working knowledge of at least some content production tools, for example video editing, motion graphics, slide design, screen recording, or e-learning authoring software. Good attention to detail, reliability with deadlines, and openness to feedback. A portfolio or samples of any relevant work, such as tutorials, explainer videos, storyboards, e-learning modules, or instructional writing.
Bonus points for.
Experience with Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Blender. Any exposure to instructional design, e-learning standards, or technical, industrial or defence content. Bilingual content samples.
