Role Overview: You'll own institutional partnerships and revenue growth across the city and State, working directly
with decision-makers at colleges, universities, and coaching institutes to build KollegeApply's footprint in the
region.
Partnership & Sales
● Identify, pitch, and close B2B deals with universities, colleges, coaching institutes, and training centres
● Lead end-to-end negotiations—from first meeting to signed agreement
● Build and maintain relationships at the CXO and decision-maker level
● Represent KollegeApply at education fairs, industry events, and networking forums
Territory & Strategy
● Own and execute a territory plan for city and the surrounding regions
● Track competitor activity, market shifts, and pricing trends to stay ahead
● Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets consistently
Execution & Coordination
● Work closely with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding
● Act as the primary point of contact for your institutional partners post-deal
What we’re looking for
● 2+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in education or EdTech
● Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
● Strong negotiation and closing skills — comfortable leading conversations at the CXO level
● The existing network within city’s education ecosystem is a strong plus
● Self-starter with solid territory and field sales experience
● Willingness to travel extensively across state
● Own vehicle preferred

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
