Position: Production Supervisor (Trainee/Experienced)
Locations: Perundurai & Chengapali, Tamil Nadu
Unit: Industrial Fabrication
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Oversee daily fabrication activities across both the Perundurai and Chengapali units as required.
- Team Supervision: Lead a team of fitters and technical staff to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Technical Oversight: Monitor welding, fitting, and assembly processes for industrial equipment.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, material usage reports, and attendance records.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Open to Freshers (Trainee) and experienced professionals.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of fabrication, blueprint reading, and fitting work.
- Language/Origin: Candidates from Kerala or Malayalam speakers are preferred for better team coordination.
- Travel: Must be willing to work at or travel between the Perundurai and Chengapali sites.
