Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints and concerns.
- Regularly go through software product updates and explain new updates to customers.
- Should be comfortable making cold calls to prospective customers and onboard them to our applications/platform
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Must visit customers as required for onboarding & providing product demos.
- Should be able to manage the sales process of software products end-to-end.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
