Experience Required:
- 3–6 years of experience in ETP, STP, and RO Plant Operations & Maintenance.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to manage technicians and maintenance activities independently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of ETP, STP, and RO plants.
- Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians and operators.
- Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor pumps, motors, blowers, dosing systems, valves, and control panels.
- Ensure uninterrupted plant operation and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain daily operational and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with management and clients regarding plant performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor consumables, spare parts, and maintenance schedules.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Good supervisory and team-handling skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
