Our flagship product, Sales Automation Suite, helps companies manage CRM, Sales, HRMS, Invoicing, Inventory, Customer Support, Projects, and Business Operations from a single platform.
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers who can connect with business owners, generate leads, and schedule product demonstrations for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead databases.
- Introduce Sales Automation Suite and explain its key benefits.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Gujarati language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with internet applications.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B telecalling or lead generation.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to learn new products and sales processes quickly.
Training & Support
- Complete product training will be provided.
- Sales and communication training will be provided.
- No prior SaaS, CRM, or software sales experience is required.
