Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in expanding the business pipeline. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, research, and prospecting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases, and other online platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, business development, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
- Strong research, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
