Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Schedule site visits, showroom visits, and design consultations for interested customers.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems and Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through timely follow-ups.
Skills & Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling, customer interaction, and follow-up activities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
