Role Overview:
Support daily IT operations in a textile manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, networks, and production-related software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware & software systems
- Support ERP systems used in textile operations (inventory, production, billing)
- Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks
- Assist in data backup, system security, and antivirus management
- Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance and upgrades
- Troubleshoot issues in production floor systems and machines (if required)
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ERP/software used in textile industry
- Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic server support
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred:
- Experience in textile / manufacturing industry
- Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Tally, or industry-specific tools
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
