Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic content creator with an interest in filmmaking, digital storytelling, and AI-assisted content production.
The ideal candidate will help produce meaningful video content including:
- social media videos
- reels and short-form clips
- educational videos
- long-form YouTube content
- documentary-style storytelling
This role is suited for someone who enjoys creating purpose-driven media rather than purely entertainment content.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Content Creation
- Conceptualize and produce engaging video content for social media and YouTube.
- Work with existing recordings, interviews, and sessions to craft compelling narratives.
- Create short-form videos, reels, and clips designed for digital platforms.
Long-Form Content Production
- Assist in developing structured long-form videos such as educational discussions, interviews, and storytelling pieces.
- Maintain narrative clarity and viewer engagement.
AI-Assisted Creative Workflow
- Use AI tools for:
- video editing support
- captions and subtitles
- visual enhancement
- idea generation
- workflow automation
- Continuously explore emerging AI tools relevant to creative production.
Storytelling & Visual Thinking
- Understand the emotional and narrative aspects of storytelling.
- Identify meaningful moments and shape them into compelling visual narratives.
Social Media Adaptation
- Convert long-form content into platform-specific formats such as reels, shorts, and promotional clips.
- Maintain consistency with brand messaging.
Collaboration
- Work with media, marketing, and content teams.
- Execute creative ideas while aligning with communication objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in filmmaking, storytelling, and visual communication
- Basic to intermediate experience with video editing software
- Understanding of social media video formats
- Creativity and curiosity
- Willingness to learn new technologies
Strong Advantages
- Background in Film Studies, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or Digital Media
