Position Overview
Coral Homes is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Tambaram. You will be the face of the company, responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into homeowners. Work Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday.
- Weekly Off: Every Tuesday.
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and local area mapping in and around Tambaram.
- Site Visits: Coordinate and lead site visits for prospective clients, explaining project features, amenities, and pricing.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up diligently with leads to close bookings and meet monthly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local real estate trends and competitor activities in the Chennai suburban market.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, lead status, and sales reports in the CRM.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales (Real Estate, Insurance, or Banking/CASA preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily field travel.
- Attributes: High energy, persuasive negotiation skills, and a "go-getter" attitude.
- Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
