About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Partnerships & Alliances Executive to help expand our network of advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in digital advertising, business development, and client partnerships. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through advertiser and agency partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new advertisers, brands, and advertising agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media buyers, performance marketers, agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Present the company's advertising solutions, products, and partnership opportunities to prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal account management, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful campaign execution and partner satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements to maximize business growth.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems with accurate information.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, partnership decks, sales presentations, and business reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–6 months of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or digital marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or media buying.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with advertising ecosystems, ad networks, agencies, or performance marketing platforms.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or lead-generation platforms.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
