Role Overview
The Admin Assistant will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across all company locations. The role involves managing office operations, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, maintaining records, handling travel and logistics, and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative processes. The Admin Assistant will act as a key support resource for management and employees, ensuring efficiency and organization across the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration & Coordination
- Manage daily office administration activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain office records, files, documents, and administrative databases.
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
3. Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain and organize administrative documents, agreements, licenses, and records.
- Track renewals, compliance-related documents, and important deadlines.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents when required.
4. Travel & Logistics Support
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for management and employees.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, site visits, and business travel.
- Maintain travel records and expense documentation.
5. Meeting & Event Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and internal events.
- Prepare meeting arrangements, agendas, and required documentation.
- Track action items and follow up with concerned stakeholders when required.
6. Administrative Support
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks and special assignments.
- Handle courier management, visitor coordination, and office correspondence.
- Manage administrative expenses, reimbursements, and related documentation.
- Travel to company locations or external offices as and when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
