SENIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR 1 NOS
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution: Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet delivery deadlines, ensuring efficient material usage and workflow.
Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, train, and mentor production personnel, managing performance, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISI compliance.
Process Improvement: Utilize lean manufacturing tools to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and solve production bottlenecks.
Maintenance & Equipment: Ensure machinery operation, calling for repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance, if necessary.
Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, analyze performance data, and report progress to management.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven leadership skills.
Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Salary Offering: 32,000/- To 42,000/- (CTC)
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
