Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective customers, explain MyFintax's services, generate qualified leads, schedule consultations, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain MyFintax services such as GST registration, ITR filing, company registration, trademark registration, accounting, and compliance.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments/consultations with the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily call, follow-up, and lead generation targets.
- Address basic customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Quick learner with strong follow-up skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
