Job Responsibilities:-
- l Determine the requirement of the caller and handle calls effectively. Follow communication scripts while handling different topics.
- l Update job knowledge by participating in training. Identify the learning needs and discuss with the Team Manager.
- l Answer inquiries by researching, locating, and providing information.
- l Resolve problems by clarifying issues, exploring answers, finding alternative solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to Assistant Manager.
- l Complete daily tasks such as doctors’ leave updates/ doctors’ OP timing changes and forward the live updates among team.
- l Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell and by explaining new features.
- l Maintain Call Centre database by entering updated information.
- l Keep the equipments operational by handling it smoothly and reporting malfunctions.
- l Confirm appointments with doctors by calling patients/ bystanders as per the request from Assistant Manager.
- l Provide assistance to trainees to enhance their knowledge in different areas.
Qualification- Any Degree
Experience- 0-2 Years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
