We are looking for skilled and dependable CNC Machine Operators to join our production team.
Job Summary
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and turning. You will ensure the manufacturing line runs efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, load, and operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision components according to technical blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and outputs to ensure parts meet quality tolerances.
- Perform regular quality checks using precision measuring tools (such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges).
- Load raw materials (castings, iron, aluminum, stainless steel) into the machines and unload finished products.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or deviations in part dimensions to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by following strict safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexibly on a rotational shift basis.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
