Receptionist / Administrator:
Location: Zirakpur, Punjab (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist / Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling visitor interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and consultation bookings.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Handle WhatsApp, email, and general inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment registers.
- Coordinate with telecallers and internal departments.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
- Maintain office files, documents, and records.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
- Handle courier, stationery, and office supply management.
- Assist management with daily operational tasks.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records when required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrator.
- Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.
