Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage production coordination, supply chain activities, and field research initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys on-ground execution, and can turn field insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure smooth and timely production.
- Conduct on-site visits to manufacturers and distributors to monitor operations and build strong relationships.
- Oversee supply chain processes including logistics, inventory movement, and distribution.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors, distributors, and field partners.
- Monitor quality control standards for all produced materials.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Design and execute field surveys and data collection activities.
- Analyze and compile survey data to generate actionable business insights.
- Handle basic invoicing and accounts-related tasks for operational support.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, supply chain, or field research roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of survey design and field data collection methods.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for field visits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and accounting processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working with manufacturers or distribution networks.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
