Position Overview:
Creative Carve Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate maintenance of books of accounts, statutory compliance, and supporting management with timely financial information. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS, vendor payments, and reconciliation in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts).
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and trial balance.
- Handle accounts payable (vendors, suppliers) and accounts receivable (customers).
- Prepare and process invoices, debit/credit notes, and vouchers.
2. Reconciliation & Reporting
- Conduct regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Track and report outstanding receivables and payables.
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare necessary documentation for statutory & internal audits.
- Support compliance with Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
4. Inventory & Cost Accounting Support
- Coordinate with the stores/production department for inventory accounting.
- Support cost control measures and cost analysis.
5. ERP / System Management
- Work on ERP/accounting software (Tally / Excel etc.) for transaction recording.
- Generate financial reports and assist in system-based checks.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles & standards.
· Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
· Proficiency in Tally / MS Excel.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
