Position: Operations Manager
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in web development.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our web development company. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, operational expertise, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration
- Manage daily business and office operations.
- Handle invoice generation, tracking, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely communication.
- Manage client credentials, hosting accounts, domain registrations, server access, and other confidential information securely.
- Maintain operational documentation and company records.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.
2. Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Coordinate employee payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in web development.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js or PHP.
- Understanding of REST APIs, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB), and Git version control.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively coordinate with development teams.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree & Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a web development or software services company.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and hosting environments is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
