About The Role
DesignTalk is looking for a creative and highly organized Content Strategist who can help us plan, manage, and execute high-performing content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
As a Content Strategist, your main responsibility will be to discover engaging content ideas, build content calendars, organize execution workflows, and ensure content gets published smoothly and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Research trending topics, viral formats, and audience interests related to design, Canva, AI tools, creativity, and creator economy.
- Find and suggest fresh content ideas for: YouTube videos, Shorts/Reels, Carousel posts , Community posts, LinkedIn content
- Create weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Plan content around trends, launches, events, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design and editing team for smooth execution.
- Help structure video ideas, hooks, titles, and content flow.
- Track content performance and identify what is working best.
- Organize content schedules, deadlines, and publishing timelines.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and content quality.
- Assist in planning collaborations, campaigns, and special content series.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and design industry updates.
- Brainstorm new strategies to grow audience engagement and reach.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media content trends.
- Creative thinking and idea-generation skills.
- Good knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, and creator ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of Canva, design, AI tools, or creator content is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in content planning or strategy is preferred.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, or project management tools.
- Understanding of analytics and audience behavior.
- Interest in design, branding, AI, or creator-focused content.
