- Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Design and maintain engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, quizzes, and e-learning modules.
- Training Delivery: Conduct live in-person workshops, webinars, and virtual training sessions tailored to different audience knowledge levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on new features and product enhancements.
- Performance Assessment: Evaluate trainee comprehension through practical simulations, assessments, and observation.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from trainees to refine and improve future instructional methodologies.
- Reporting: Track metrics like attendance, completion rates, and post-training competency to demonstrate program impact.
- Essential Skills and Qualifications
