Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video shoots for clients and social media campaigns
- Handle professional cameras and video equipment
- Set up and operate cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, and other equipment
- Understand camera angles, framing, composition, and movement
- Set up and manage basic lighting for different types of shoots
- Capture high-quality footage for advertisements, reels, brand videos, and promotional content
- Shoot interviews, products, events, fitness content, food content, and other brand-specific content
- Work with the creative team to understand the concept and visual direction
- Assist in pre-production planning, shot lists, and location preparation
- Ensure proper exposure, focus, framing, and camera settings during shoots
- Capture multiple angles and creative shots required for editing
- Record clean and usable footage suitable for professional post-production
- Coordinate with models, clients, creators, and other team members during shoots
- Capture behind-the-scenes content when required
- Properly manage, transfer, and organize footage after shoots
- Coordinate with video editors to ensure the required footage is captured
- Maintain and take care of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other production gear
- Travel to client locations for shoots when required
Requirements
- Experience in videography, cinematography, or content production
- Good understanding of camera settings such as ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance, and frame rates
- Knowledge of camera composition, lighting, and framing
- Experience using cameras, gimbals, tripods, and basic lighting equipment
- Ability to capture creative and visually appealing footage
- Good understanding of different shot types and camera movements
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage
- Good sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required
- Previous agency, freelance, or commercial shoot experience is a plus
