Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Store Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our retail showroom. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team, driving sales performance, and maintaining excellent store standards while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Take complete responsibility for the daily operations of the store.
- Guide, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity are maintained.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed effectively.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and store standards are consistently followed.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two.
- 3+ years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
