Associate – Product listing
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate – Product Listing to manage product uploads and maintain accurate product information across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, familiarity with Excel, and experience in uploading products to websites or mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings on websites and mobile applications.
- Create and update product descriptions, specifications, and categories.
- Edit and optimize product images using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
- Organize and maintain digital product catalogs.
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure listing accuracy.
- Support e-commerce and digital marketing activities as required.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Experience with website/app product uploads.
- Basic understanding of jewellery products and categories.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Note: Staff should remain in the office until physical stock and system stock are fully tallied and reconciled.
