Planning and controlling daily and monthly production as per customer schedule
Managing press machines, dies, manpower, and materials
Ensuring zero accident culture and strict safety compliance
Monitoring quality of press components and reducing rejection and rework
Implementing Poka-Yoke, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM activities
Capacity planning and line balancing to improve productivity
Coordinating with maintenance for breakdown reduction and PM activities
Training new operators through OJT (On-the-Job Training)Controlling tool life, die maintenance, and die change time
Managing raw material and WIP stock
Tracking OEE, productivity, and downtime
Supporting audit requirements and customer quality expectations
Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF standards and company policies.
