- Follow up with all teams and track progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Identify blockages and update the Founder with clear, actionable reports.
- Conduct research on solutions, ideas, tools, and market insights.
- Assist in brainstorming new ideas and converting them into action plans.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports, summaries, and relevant documentation.
