Job Summary
Star Publicity, an outdoor advertising company based in Ludhiana, is looking for a Back Office Executive / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and strong computer knowledge to manage office coordination, calls, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telecalling and incoming/outgoing calls professionally.
- Maintain communication with the field team and coordinate work updates.
- Manage basic office documentation and administrative tasks.
- Work on Excel and PowerPoint for maintaining records and reports.
- Assist in daily office operations and reception duties.
- Ability to use maps (Google Maps, etc.) for route planning and coordination.
Requirements
- Basic telecalling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Google Map .
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to coordinate with field staff and internal teams.
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
