Salary : 1lakh + ( negotiable based on previous/current CTC)
Clinical Responsibilities
- Assess and manage critically ill ICU patients
- Diagnose life-threatening conditions quickly
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress continuously
- Manage ventilators and life-support equipment
- Handle medical emergencies and code blue situations
- Prescribe medications, fluids, blood products, and nutrition
ICU Procedures
- Perform intubation and airway management
- Insert central venous and arterial lines
- Manage mechanical ventilation
- Perform bedside critical care procedures
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
