Taash Entertainment is looking for an experienced *Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage paid advertising campaigns and also coordinate directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and manage *Meta Ads / Google Ads* campaigns.
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
* Handle targeting, budgets, leads, and conversions.
* Regularly analyze campaign results and suggest improvements.
* *Attend client meetings and understand their marketing requirements.*
* Communicate campaign performance and strategies clearly to clients.
* Coordinate with our internal team for creatives and campaign execution.
* Provide regular performance updates/reports.
Requirements
* Strong experience in Performance Marketing.
* Good knowledge of *Meta Ads and Google Ads*.
* Good communication and client-handling skills.
* Comfortable attending *online client meetings*.
* Ability to independently manage campaigns and provide strategic suggestions.
* Previous experience with *Real Estate, Café, Hospitality, or similar businesses* will be a plus.
