We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective professionals through the admission process for distance learning , understanding their career goals, and providing accurate information about courses and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and counsel them regarding course details, eligibility, fees structure, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into admissions, and meet monthly enrolment targets.
- Handle queries with professionalism and ensure a high level of student satisfaction.
