Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sales.The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with healthcare providers, physician groups, and billing companies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and acquire new clients in the US healthcare market.Conduct sales presentations, discovery calls, and proposal discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, physician groups, and medical practices.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within US Medical Billing, RCM, or Healthcare BPO.
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, claims processing, and revenue cycle management.
- Experience selling services to physician groups, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Preferred Existing network within the US healthcare industry.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
