The Associate Manager – SAP Basis is responsible for the operational management, administration, stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the organization's SAP landscape. The role provides hands-on technical leadership across SAP Basis administration, system monitoring, installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, security administration, high availability, disaster recovery, and technical support for SAP applications. Working closely with SAP functional teams, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, cloud providers, and external partners, the Associate Manager ensures the SAP platform remains secure, available, scalable, and aligned with business and technology standards while contributing to projects, transformations, cloud initiatives, and continuous service improvements.
