Job Summary:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing all activities after material dispatch, ensuring smooth installation, proper coordination, and timely project closure.
Key Responsibilities (After Dispatch):
- Plan and manage installation schedules for dispatched projects.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure site readiness before installation.
- Allocate installation teams and manage their travel and deployment.
- Monitor daily installation activities and resolve on-site issues.
- Guide installation teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Maintain and manage installation documentation, including:
- Installation reports (signed & stamped)
- Site photographs
- Updating all details in CRM
- Issue warranty letters and test certificates after installation completion.
- Prepare and share complete project closure documents with clients, including installation report, warranty letter, and test certificate.
- Handle and resolve service-related issues post-installation.
- Review and approve installation team expenses and coordinate with accounts for processing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
