Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – Maintenance to join our team in South Delhi. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring equipment uptime and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and shutdowns to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth functioning and minimal downtime
- Manage and control maintenance inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role
- Mandatory experience with Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or McDonald’s
- Age between 25 to 35 years
- Candidates residing in South Delhi only
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
