About Us
NEXEX Cloud Solutions Private Limited is a growing e-commerce and distribution company specializing in consumer electronics and automotive accessories. We sell through Amazon, Flipkart, our own websites, and other online marketplaces. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online chat.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process order-related requests, including cancellations, returns, replacements, and warranty support.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track customer orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Support customer service activities for Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify marketplaces.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Good spoken Tamil is required. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good typing speed and professional email writing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
