· Phone, and online meeting platform skills
· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and the hiring manager.
· Needs to understand the wants and needs of the organization to achieve the desired
goals.
· Coordinating the department activities and the management follow-ups as well.
· Candidates with hands-on experience in generalist activities including payroll, grievance
handling, performance appraisal, etc,. can get priority.
· Knowledge in Social Media Optimization.
