Job Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided leads and understand client requirements.
- Introduce and explain Neeraali Digital's services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and update follow-up status regularly.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Convert enquiries into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
