Job Specification Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders and inventory levels. Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, and Production departments to ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower. Monitor and control production flow to ensure timely completion of machine components and assemblies. Prepare production load charts and capacity planning reports. Track production performance and analyze variances against planned schedules. Identify bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime. Manage material requirements planning (MRP) and generate purchase requisitions. Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM), routings, and work center data in ERP systems. Ensure inventory optimization and coordinate with stores for material issuance. Support implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Prepare and submit production reports, dashboards, and KPIs to management.
Key Skill Required in Candidate Strong analytical and planning skills Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) Knowledge of machine manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding, etc. (WORKING WITH FABRICATION & ENGINEERING) Good understanding of quality and safety standards Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Man power handling quality.
Any other specification / Expectation SPM (Special Purpose Machine) Manufacturing Heavy Engineering Fabrication and Industrial Equipment Production. Familiarity with ISO/Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma practices is a plus.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
