Job Summary
Luar Beauty is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic & Motion Designer to produce visually engaging graphics and high-quality motion content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry and possess strong design aesthetics with excellent storytelling through motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities
· Design creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
· Create engaging motion graphics, reels, animated videos, and promotional content for digital marketing campaigns.
· Develop visually appealing creatives for product launches, branding, and marketing initiatives.
· Edit videos for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
· Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital and print materials.
· Design packaging mock-ups, product brochures, catalogs, and marketing collateral when required.
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and social media content formats.
· Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Photo shop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant design software.
· Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
· Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
· Knowledge of current social media trends and digital content creation.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
· Strong communication and time management skills.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic & Motion Designer.
· Experience in the Cosmetics, Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, or Beauty Brand industry is mandatory/preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
