Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for MentorMyBoard programs, memberships, and consulting services.
- Meet clients and close deals. End to end sales closures.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and prospect interactions to drive conversions.
- Convert leads into paid members and program participants.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer experience.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience in training, education, consulting, or membership sales will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must attend monthly review meetings at the office.
- Candidate should be available to attend MentorMyBoard events and meetings as and when required.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
