We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze sales and operational data for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate reports, maintaining CRM data, tracking sales performance, and providing actionable insights to support management in decision-making. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting is essential.
Key Responsibilities MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, collections, bookings, inventory, and lead management.
- Generate management reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Analyze sales trends, customer data, and operational metrics to provide meaningful insights.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management.
Data Management
- Maintain and update customer, booking, inventory, and sales records with accuracy.
- Validate and reconcile data received from sales, finance, and CRM teams.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality across all reports.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in data and reporting.
CRM Management
- Update customer records, lead status, bookings, cancellations, and payment details in the CRM system.
- Monitor CRM data quality and ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and pre-sales teams to maintain accurate lead and customer information.
Sales & Business Support
- Track sales performance against targets and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain project-wise inventory and booking status reports.
- Support management with ad hoc reports, presentations, and business analysis.
- Assist in forecasting sales performance and identifying business trends.
Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams.
- Ensure smooth flow of information between departments.
- Provide timely reports required for business planning and strategic decision-making.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, Charts, Dashboards, Data Validation, Power Query preferred).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
