We are seeking an experienced ECC Plant Maintenance Consultant to support the transition to a modern ERP system while maintaining the stability of the legacy platform.
Responsibilities
- Ensure changes to implementations maximise synergy, savings, and benefits for the Group and OPCOs.

Collaborate with other consultants to maintain a common data structure and definitions.

Stay updated as the SAP PM-expert in plant maintenance.

Inform line manager about status, plans, and improvements for support cases and projects.

Ensure consulting work quality and efficiency, adhering to project assistance agreements.

Follow Rockwool Group's procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Technical bachelor's degree.

In-depth knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM.

Strong understanding of business processes: Maintenance Planning, Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Asset Management.

Fluent in English with excellent presentation and documentation skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience interacting with business and IT teams in Europe, Asia, and North America.

Global implementation and shared services experience.

Familiarity with JIRA, Xurrent, or similar tools.

Experience with integration to other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO).
