Position Summary:
The Accountant supports the finance team by maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive from Hospitality Domain preferably.
* Accounts Executive is responsible for providing financial services in order to ensure effective , efficient and accurate financial operations
* Reconciliation of data in terms of revenue, payments and ensure they comply with the financial policies and procedures.
* Data Entry in the TALLY system
* Supplier Management if needed
* Maintaining of Accounts documents
* Cash & Imprest Management
* Knowledge of GST & Taxation would be an additional benefit.
* Enter financial transactions and maintain records
* Process accounts payable/receivable
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Assist in preparing financial reports
* Maintain the general ledger
* Process employee expense reports
* Support internal and external audits
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 0-3 years of accounting experience or relevant coursework
* Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, Tally .
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
