What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Floor: Run daily pre-shift meetings, assign stations, and keep front-of-house operations running smoothly.
- Support the Team: Train, mentor, and work alongside servers, bartenders, and hosts to maintain high service standards.
- Guest Relations: Be the go-to person for guest inquiries, resolving any complaints quickly and tactfully.
- Shift Logistics: Handle open/close procedures, cash drawers, and end-of-shift reporting.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
