Role Overview:
We are hiring a driven Business Development Executive to manage sales outreach, customer coordination, and order processing, supporting our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with customers on inquiries, quotations, and orders
- Manage sales operations including order tracking and documentation
- Provide timely customer support and relationship management
- Maintain CRM and sales records
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales or client servicing (preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
