Required Mechanical Design Engineer with 2 years plus experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing industrial machinery and equipment, preparing detailed manufacturing drawings, and coordinating with the production team to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Design industrial equipment and machinery such as Ball Mills, Rotary Dryers, Crushers, Conveyors, Hoppers, Silos, Grinding Plants, and Material Handling Systems.
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Perform design calculations and material selection.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and quality teams for smooth manufacturing.
- Review customer specifications and prepare engineering documentation.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation.
- Suggest design improvements to optimize cost, quality, and manufacturability.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, welding, machining, and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of industrial equipment design and mechanical engineering principles.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
