Role Overview
This profile will be responsible for managing liaisoning activities, statutory approvals, regulatory coordination, and compliance processes for the organization’s real estate projects and properties. The role requires close coordination with government authorities, municipal bodies, promoters, developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, renewals, and adherence to statutory obligations.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of local real estate regulations, liaisoning procedures, and government approval processes, along with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Facilitate, prepare, review, and submit documentation for building permits, development approvals, occupancy and commencement certificates, NOCs, statutory clearances, and other regulatory approvals.
· Act as the primary liaison between the organization, developers, government departments, municipal authorities, and regulatory bodies.
· Maintain strong working relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure smooth processing of approvals and compliance matters.
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, contractors, and internal departments for timely completion of statutory requirements.
· Monitor compliance with applicable laws, municipal regulations, and statutory guidelines through regular follow-ups and site inspections.
· Manage renewal and maintenance of licenses, permits, approvals, and statutory registrations within timelines.
· Track regulatory updates and ensure organizational compliance with legal and statutory obligations.
· Prepare and maintain MIS reports, approval trackers, and compliance records.
· Support management in resolving liaisoning issues, escalation matters, and approval bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Experience
· Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma
· Preferred Qualification: Diploma or certification in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Liaisoning, or Real Estate Management will be an added advantage.
· Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate liaisoning, statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and government coordination. Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects will be preferred.
